太安动态｜太安所律师董娇颖受邀出席2024年LAWASIA反洗钱专题会议并作主题发言

       2024年10月13日至15日，2024年LAWASIA会议在马来西亚吉隆坡举办。本次会议聚焦了包括人工智能、人权、商业法、保险、环境保护、碳排放等国际热门话题，为来自亚洲各地的律师建立一个开放式的建设性的交流平台。我所董娇颖律师受邀参加了该会议，结合中国法视野中的实务困境就商业银行法项下国际前沿的反洗钱专题做了精彩分享，并于分享后与各国代表进行了深入探讨交流。

       此次交流分享，为亚洲各国律师了解中国反洗钱的法律、政策和实务推开了一扇互通互鉴的窗口。期间，各国律师对中国反洗钱业务表现出浓厚兴趣，为未来跨境法律服务业务的拓展奠定了良好基础。

        LAWASIA是一个由律师、法官、法学家和法律组织组成的亚太地区区域性协会，致力于宣传沟通亚太地区法律界的利益和法律热点，其核心系由来自超过四十个国家地区的律师代表和顶尖律所代表组成。五十多年来，LAWASIA一直致力于通过一系列活动以增进亚太地区间法律领域合作、为亚太地区法律实体发声、推进法制、促进跨区域法律教育。每年LAWASIA都会举办一系列的律师论坛、研讨会和会议以增进亚太区域法律界的沟通、促进职业发展、交换法律前沿知识和洞见。其中，LAWASIA每年度举办的委员会会议是亚洲最有名的律师论坛。

      LAWASIA is a regional association in the Asia-Pacific region composed of lawyers, judges, jurists and legal organizations. It is committed to promoting and communicating the interests and legal hotspots of the legal community in the Asia-Pacific region. Its core is composed of lawyer representatives and top law firm representatives from more than 40 countries and regions. For more than 50 years, LAWASIA has been committed to enhancing legal cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region through a series of activities, providing a voice for legal entities in the Asia-Pacific region, advancing the rule of law, and promoting cross-regional legal education. Each year LAWASIA organizes a series of lawyers' forums, seminars and conferences to enhance communication, promote professional development, and exchange cutting-edge legal knowledge and insights in the Asia-Pacific legal community. Among them, the annual committee meeting held by LAWASIA is the most famous lawyer forum in Asia.
